Medium Roast

Archery Medium Roast is the perfect way to start your day. With hints of Hazlenut and Dark Chocolate it helps you wake up and start each day in the most deligtful way.

Dark Roast

This amazing dark roast will turn you into a coffee snob with it's hints of Walnut and Cacao. You won't find any burnt beans in this roast, leaving only it's delicious strong and smooth flavour without the bitterness often accompanied by other dark roasts.

This honey is perfect for those who prefer a honey that doesn't have an overpowering taste of a particular flower or herb.

This soft set honey is gathered by bees from a wonderful mix of blossoms and wildflowers. It's a crystallized honey that we spin until it becomes smooth. Mild in flavour and buttery in texture. 

Pure Forest Honey

Our Forest honey smells like sweet toffee pudding and tastes rich, a bit smoky, and earthy. It's not as sweet as some other honeys and has a flavor somewhat like pomegranate molasses. It also has mineral notes and leaves a slightly dry and clean feeling in your mouth after you taste it.
